- Massages given by Margherita Allegro (ayurvedic or craniosacral therapy) and Augusta Carvalho (sound therapy with Tibetan bowls)

- Jewellery personal workshop given by Carlos Pascoal (goldsmith master)

- Hawaiian Canoeing in a small group of 6 persons with Caio Mathias (professional trainer and competitor): 1 or 2 persons can join the regular group in Tavira on Wednesday morning or Friday afternoon

- Catamaran for 1 or 2 persons with Philippe Vander Elst from Olhão

- Yoga from different local teachers
